..." from C codes: "int aMV[4]; ...... aMV[0] = aMV[1] = aMV[2] = aMV[3] = 0; " and I didn't find any zero setting instructions related to d10 and d11 beside. Problem with japanese programs
Hello. I have a tiny problem. I am running Character Maker (a japanese painting program aimed mainly for RPG Maker and the like). USB-serial adapter for CentOS 7
I've several USB <-> RS-232 dongles around. As well as a few embedded devices. They all "Just Work (tm)" on Redhat, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Raspian and Kali. Knock on wood - never had a problem using any of them. As the drivers are part of the kernel, I'd expect any distro using a recent kernel to do well. I had an application using RS232 that worked perfectly

authentication request
I am running centos 6.5 on a desktop. I have run it for a couple of years with few problems. Lately I have been getting a request for authentication popup that says something wants to upload software.? when I refuse and click on details it says an upload failed for lack of authentication. The only clue I have is an entry in /var/log/secure that says "may 19 localhost polkitd

validating phone numbers
Anyone got a good validation for validating a phone number? I just want to make sure that whatever the user enters is somewhat sensical, and i''d like to be fairly liberal about what kind of a format it''s in. Joe
