...he script uses greasemonkey's ajax callback to a simple php controller script, so that the click does not navigate away from the current page. It requires an Asterisk Manager connection. Looking for a (windows) app. that will listen to the manager interface then pop-up a web browser pointing to a page on an incoming phone call..
