Rosetta Stone again
Many people have discussed the problems with Rosetta Stone, in
particular the failure to detect the cdrom with the "Language Pack".
I am having the same problem, but none of the described solutions work
for me.
I think that my dosdevices are configured correctly:
niemand at dell dosdevices $ ls -l
total 0
lrwxrwxrwx 1 niemand users 10 2007-09-07 11:59 c: -> ../drive_c

PDF and PS output
I'm using R 2.0 on Redhat Linux 9. When I try to produce PDF or PS
output, the files are corrupted -- they won't open in Acroread, xpdf,
ggv, and on attempting to convert to PNG, I get message "This file has
corrupted %%EOF marker." Perhaps I am just doing something wrong. I
did:
> pdf()
> hist(unlist(foo.bar))
I have no trouble viewing the output in Xwindows.
Thanks,

Trig.Rd typo (PR#9269)
...n()} and \code{acos()}, there are two cuts, both along
the real axis: \eqn{\left(-\infty, -1\right]}{\(-Inf, -1\]} and
where the final "1" has been changed to a "-1". Ref: AMS-55, page 79,
figure 4.4.
It's very difficult to catch this kind of error: thanks to Kjetil Halvorson for
his sharp-eyed comment.
