Hello, I contacted Krzysztof Halasa, the maintainer of the current sethdlc code. This is the response he gave me. Of course, I have this working now. Still some minor configuration to do, but It does work, and the connections to the internet are _much_ faster than when I went through the adtran... I would highly recommend to...

It all works fine for IPv4, but now I need IPv6 for ppp connections, which doesn't work for me. I have tried simply overwriting the drivers/net/wan directory with corresponding directory from more recent (2.6.25.20, 2.6.30) vanilla kernel source, but I get errors: CC [M]...

Pavel, you may be interested in my work on Cisco HDLC bridging: http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=linux-netdev&m=108802311131855&w=2 I have used it with the bridge driver (in 2.4) without any problems (yet ;)), and I am sure Krzysztof Halasa, the HDLC maintainer, would be thrilled if you managed to port it to a recent version of the kernel and make it a compile-time option. All, I am trying to configure hdlc support on T100P Digium card - everything seems ok... but it just does not work at all. I was able to compile all drivers, the light on the card becomes green when I plug T1 link.... but I even can't ping default router IP... there is no data coming back to me, so I am confused completely now. Also I tried both protocols - raw hdlc and cisco hdlc. The
