problem with OCFS label
I used this command to create volume label on OCFS: mkfs.ocfs -F -b 128 -L data13 -m /oradata/data13 -u oracle -g dba -p 0775 /dev/emcpowerp1 emcpowerp is composed of /dev/sdad and /dev/sdk. It seems the above command created the same labels for /dev/emcpowerp1, /dev/sdad1 and /dev/sdk1. But when I tried to mount this ocfs filesystem by label, it gave me the following error. # mount -L data13

RSpec/Webrat Checking output is properly escaped
I want to test that the JSON response from a create action is sanitized properly, but rspec or webrat appears to be parsing the output into proper HTML chars instead of escaped characters. I have verified that it escapes properly in the regular browser json response. The relevant RSpec test code is: include ActionView::Helpers::TextHelper include ActionView::Helpers::UrlHelper it

problem using apache & passenger to run dashboard
Hi, My puppetmaster is running through apache, and now I am setting up dashboard to be run by apache too. I followed docs in http://docs.puppetlabs.com/dashboard/manual/1.2/bootstrapping.html#starting-and-managing-delayed-job-workers, but after I restarted httpd, I see a apache welcome page. I set documentroot to be: DocumentRoot /usr/share/puppet-dashboard/public/

RE: Hai To ALL!!
Welcome kadhiravan, Good questions. I'm not a guru and may be wrong, but here's my understanding of the answers: 1. You able to stream two seperate playlists by running two seperate instances of icecast2/ices2 each with there own distinct config files, playlists and mountpoints. 2. As your stream is a broadcast and not on-demand playback, I'm not sure if it's possible for

Again NFSv4 and Kerberos at the 'samba way'...
Hai Rowland, Yes, that correct. If you use this in override.conf then its. ( so not a copy of the service file to /etc/systemd ) systemctl edit rpc-gssd.service [Service] ExecStart= ExecStart=/Your/Own/Script/script.sh Note the empty line, without that won the override is NOT working. user-space heartbeat ptaches from suse
Hi everyone. Does anyone know why the user-space heartbeat (linux-ha) patches from SuSE / Novell are not commited to the mainline ocfs2 source tree? Or are they? Is there an easy way (which does not break the distros package management) to apply these? Thanks, Christian
