Tinn R
Hi, I just got a new computer with windows vista on it and I am having a problem using Tinn R. The problem occurs when I select a chunk of code and try to run it all at once using the "R send:selection (echo = TRUE)" button, I get this error:
Error in source(.trPaths[5], echo = TRUE, max.deparse.length = 150) :
object ".trPaths" not found
Any suggestions how to fix this??

VCPUOP_set_periodic_timer
Hi all,
I need a periodic timer running at ideally at 125 microseconds and at
least 500 microseconds. I''ve just found the VCPUOP_set_periodic_timer,
however there is a comment saying "periods less than one millisecond may
not be supported".
I will be running on an x64 machine. Is this supported? If not, is there
any alternate means of generating a fast interrupt?
Regards.

Asymmetric CIs
Hi, I was wondering if there was some sort of package or function that calculated asymmetric confidence intervals for small proportions. I thought of both the epicalc and epitools package, but I am hoping to find something where you can just plug in a standard error and point estimate and it will output the upper and lower CI bounds.
Thanks!

Repeated Measures MANOVA
Hello all,
Is there an r function that exists that will perform repeated measures MANOVAs? For example, let's say I have 3 DVs, one between-subjects IV, and one within-subjects IV. Based on the documentation for the manova command, a function like that below is not appropriate because it cannot take Error arguments.
manova(cbind(DV1,DV2,DV3) ~ BetweenSubjectsIV * WithinSubjectsIV +
