So I used to use the winepulse patch for wine. (Yes I like pulse). But since 1.3.25+ uses mmdevapi for audio, that patch no longer works. That author points to a wine multimedia git, however, after installing that I have no more sound in any wine application, and the winecfg test audio says audio failed. Hi, I was just struggling with the problem of starting compiz while having to use LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT environment variable. In our packages we have a patch that means we do not need to set this variable as it searches also the glxServerExtensions. Hi, Now that --with-default-plugins has gone in compiz 0.5.1 (git), I was looking for an alternative. Although I've personally been using ccp and am quite happy with the GUI tools now (so it will probably become default in my packages), I was still looking for a way to define the default plugins uses if a gconf backend was used.
