rpcclient enumdrivers fails with WERR_UNKNOWN_PRINTER_DRIVER
Hello
I've just updated to Samba version 3.0.22 (previously v3.0.4a)
and get the following problem:
rpcclient enumdrivers fails with WERR_UNKNOWN_PRINTER_DRIVER
while rpcclient getdriver works just fine! Can this be?
$ rpcclient -c enumdrivers GUTENBERG

scp problem

work.
sshd runs on a firewall-bastion host (Linux SuSE 9.2).
Firewall is open on port 22 for local network. Even tried all open (in
and outgoing).
Between the clent and the firewall-bastion is another nat-router. Works
with ssh, though.
The strange thing is that I can do a scp from Gutenberg (192.168.1.110)
to 192.168.3.110 through the firewall-bastion (NIC eth1 routed to eth2)
but not to the firewall itself.
The firewall-bastion host has no dns entry, could that be a problem for
scp but ssh keeps working?
When I scp -vvv form the client "Gutenberg"(192.168.1.110) to...

dividing vectors into bins with equal widths

Using missing() in a S4 method with extra arguments
...nged to work in this case in the near future?
Of course I know I could set NA or NULL as default values and check for
these, but there are reasons I want to have legal default values for all
arguments.

Samba and the PDC are fighting for being the Browse master, why?

in my log.nmb I regularly see these messages:

installing printer drivers through APW problematic
...indows client, with a username part of
the 'print admin' group, we get this error message:
"Unable to install HP Lazerjet 4000 Series PCL 6, Windows 2000, Intel
Driver. Access denied"
All our printers are in /etc/printcap already.
There are no entries for any of them in smb.conf

I have run a number of tests, with data mostly from a project gutenberg dvd
and other books, with relatively modest index sizes, from 1 to 24 GB.
Quite curiously, in this zone, with all Xapian versions I tried, the ratio
from index size to the amount of writes is roughly proportional to the index
size to the power 1.5
TotalWrites / (IndexSize**1.5) ~= K
So, not quad...

[R] Sweave stops when opening X11 device fails
...I would be willing to dig in the code and look for a fix myself,
