CentOS 5.0 install fails every time.
...return "/tmp/" return tmppath </code> Has anyone see this or know what's happening to cause this? I can give dmesg or other info if you think it will be helpful. BTW, this happens with the CD install also on 4 *very* different computers. Thanks, Gabe -- Gabriel Gunderson http://gundy.org

Getting masked FFT data out of libvorbisenc
[Apologies if this gets through twice. I sent it first without subscribing, but it seems like it got stuck in the moderation queue, so I subscribed and re-sent it.] I'm doing some work on audio fingerprinting for a school project (more precisely, my master's thesis. I got a hint on #vorbis that I might want to look into the internal floor representations in libvorbisenc to get out audio

winbindd- confused about when to use
...criteria emerges that requires nested groups, ntlm_auth, etc. Sorry for the long winded post and so many questions. I have an awareness of this stuff but not the experience to make a clear decision. So I'm in search of enlightenment.... TIA for your indulgement;-) -- Best regards, Ken Gunderson Q: Because it reverses the logical flow of conversation. A: Why is putting a reply at the top of the message frowned upon?

Assertion failure in btrfsck
Hi, I''m having a filesystem that''s been a bit mangled by external causes, so I thought I''d see how much I could salvage (it''s not critical, though). Thus, I pulled btrfsck from git and ran: pannekake:~/btrfs-progs# ./btrfsck --repair /dev/mapper/pannekake-backup-btrfs It spit out a ton of warnings like these (I can get the whole log if you''re
