rsync Windows to opensolaris or linux
...an opensolaris host using rsync on
cygwin?
What options are commonly required?
is a simple command line like this:
(NOTE: The --inplace part has to do with the zfs filesytem on
opensolaris and its snapshot function)
rsync -avv --inplace /cygdrive/c/ user@opensol:/ZHOSTS/someHost/
I'm guessin the -a might get me introuble trying to make windows ntfs
match a unix permissions setup. So what is better?
My concern here is when it comes time to restore something I don't hit
some unexpected snag involving permissions on windows.

Can't get resolution higher than 1280x1024 - Centos 5
Hello all, I can't get higher than 1280x1024 resolution (60hz, 24 depth).
I'm running Centos 5 x86 64bit on AMD Athlon64 x2 4600, Geforce 6200 PCI
express. Even as root, that is the highest I can set the display. I am
guessin the kernel does not support my combo? I've also tried Nvidia's
driver from their site, this is what I get:
