[PATCH 1/2] xen, libxc: init msix addr/data with value from qemu via hypercall
Accelerated msix entry is initialized to zero when msixtbl_pt_register is called. This doesn''t match the value from qemu side, although pirq may already be mapped and binded in qemu side. Kernel will get wrong value when reading msix info. Signed-off-by: Zhenzhong Duan <zhenzhong.duan@oracle.com> Tested-by: Yuval Shaia <yuval.shaia@oracle.com> --- tools/libxc/xc_domain.c

Hi all, I have a gtable and a ggraphic widget. I want to drag an element from the table onto the graphic. When the drag object is released over the ggraphic widget, I want the mouse coordinates inside the ggraphic to be returned. Right now I do not know how to get the mouse ccordinates of the ggraphic widget at any given time. How can I access the ggraphics mouse coordinates? Below you find

ggmap crash
Not sure if this is the right place to report this, but: Am using ggmap to generate a map of a bounding box from 161 latitude/longitude pairs and the code crashes R (in ess). Data is at http://analysis.d8u.us/~hdiwan/plotSource.csv and the code to read it is below. I'm not sure if ess, emacs, ggmap, R, or my laptop is to blame. Here's the code: > rmc <-

improve 'package not installed' load errors?
Hi R-devel, One of the more common issues that new R users see, and become stumped by, is error messages during package load of the form: > library(ggplot2) Error in loadNamespace(j <- i[[1L]], c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[j]]) : there is no package called 'Rcpp' Error: package or namespace load failed for 'ggplot2' Typically, error messages of this form

RGtk2 / gWidgets - addHandlerClicked Problem
In The following code, the table handler is executed twice when the button is pressed (from the 2nd pressing on). I want it to be executed only once. Does someone know, why this happens and how I can change it? library(gWidgets) w <- gwindow() b <- gbutton("press", cont=w) tbl <- gtable(1:10, cont=w) addhandlerclicked(b, handler=function(h, ...){

Superscript and subscrib R for legend x-axis and y-axis and colour different subjects in longitudinal data with different colours
I am trying to make a x-axis and y-axis titles with both a special character and a subscript. I am not being able to do this. I think its just a placing of my parenthesis, but I've tried (seemingly) everything. Even more, when I try the blog users code it works. Is it because I?m using longitudinal data? Even more. Is it possible to colour each one of the 15 lines with a different

spaghetti plot - urgent
Hi Rosa, You pass a vector to ggplot, which expects a data.frame. I am sure you meant to do this: point7$y_point7 <- point7$beta0_7 + point7$beta1_7*point7$time + point7 $epsilon_7 ggplot(point7, aes(time, y_point7)) + geom_line() HTH Ulrik On Wed, 19 Jul 2017 at 20:37 Rosa Oliveira <rosita21 at gmail.com> wrote: > Hi everyone, > > I?m trying to do a spaghetti plot and I

[R-pkg] New packages pmg, gWidgets, gWidgetsRGtk2
I'd like to announce three new packages on CRAN: pmg, gWidgets, and gWidgetsRGtk2. --John Verzani 1 PMG *=*=*= The pmg package for R provides a relatively simple graphical user interface for R in a manner similar to the more mature RCmdr package.
