samba 4 migration (doamin admins & domain users renamed)
Hi,
I'm trying to migrate a samba 3 domain, and I have detected that our domain
users and doamin admins are migrated/renamed during migration, we have this
grousp in other language than english and ater migration are migrated to
domain admin and domain users.
Members of this groups are migrated correctly, only question is this change
in name could genereate a problem and if this is an issue or I can ignore?
Thanks

should be available in any conditions.
But result of this is conflict, when id(1) shows that user is
included into group `wheel' (on LDAP), because `id' uses
getgroups(2), but su(1) refuses user, because it uses getgrnam(3),
which found group "wheel" in /etc/grousp, where user doesn't belong
to group "wheel" :(
Is here any `standard' solution to this problem? I know about
sudo(8), but I affraid, that this inconsistency could bite somewhere
else, and in any case, I want su(1) to work :)
Is here any reasons why pam_group(8) is inco...

Channel Groups?
Is it possible to build grousp of channels?
I have a series of extensions which are receiving incoming calls to
various virtual organizations.
Something like this...

exten => 2123333333, 1, Goto(BCorp|1000|1)

"chmod g-w", all group ACLs get "w" removed.
To make it easy to revert, the implementation
uses a mask, which is set by the open, creat
or chmod call.
To make a long story short, you look at the "mask"
entry in the acl to see what the permission bits
for the grousp are. If you don't set enough group
bits in create mask and directory mask, the group
premissions in the ACLs are reduced.
Sounds like something for a FAQ...
Do I ever feel dumb!
