NT doesn't like that ... primary gid of user [info] is not a Domain group
...like that
OBS: User [info] is comming from an XP station already joined to domain.

On this PDC server, smb users has been created as following:
useradd info
useradd grig
groupadd -g 1002 winusers
after that i added info and grig to winusers group
# cat /etc/group|grep win
winusers:x:1002:info,grig
id info
uid=501(info) gid=501(info) groups=501(info),1002(winusers)
id grig
uid=502(grig) gid=502(grig) groups=502(grig),1002(winusers)

My Problems with Rig Control Over Com1 (bbtrx1.exe & grig + hamlibraries)
...ed with suggestions. Here is a summary of what
I have found so far...
1. I have successfully installed wine on this sidux (2008.2) box.
2. Under wine, iInvoking bbtrx1.exe ... the Pegasus control program brings a
zero response ... the icon flashes for a while ... and then stops.
3. Invoking grig ... a linux based rig control program (without wine) ... and
the program bleats about inability to open Com1 (my only serial port). It
has the necessary libraries, etc ... because it will open the dummy
display ... if I attempt to open it without the rig type being mentioned.
