assertion failed: (mailbox_list_is_valid_existing_name(_list, name))
...why it does not crash; not getting
any log either from that, maybe I made a mistake? But when running mutt, I can load
it up with the inbox, then when I ask for imap://server/mail/ it crashes with the
assertion at the bottom. Let me know if I need to provide more info. Thanks.

Segfault when opening a public folder, dovecot 1.1 beta4

I deleted all the patches I was testing with so it would be a pain to

Should the acl plugin be able to print a summary of the resulting permissions in

partitioning variation using the Vegan CCA routine?
Hello
I am using Jari Oksanen's CCA routine from the Vegan package on some estuary
data, following a technique applied in (Anderson, M.J. & Gribble, N.A.,
1998, Partitioning the variation among spatial, temporal and environmental
components in a multivariate data set, Australian Journal of Ecology 23,
158-167).
Some steps in the process require that the dependent matrix be constrained
by one independent matrix, given the affect of another ind...

testing two-factor anova effects using model comparison approach with lm() and anova()
..., it looks
like the variance accounted for by the main effect of factorA is being
soaked up by the factorA:factorB interaction term. Strangely, the degrees of
freedom are also affected.
I must be misunderstanding something here. Can someone point out what is
happening?
Thanks,
-Paul

repeated measures anova, sphericity, epsilon, etc
...a repeated measures anova using the
multivariate approach in R?
Question 3: Are there any existing R functions for calculating adjusted df
for Greenhouse-Geisser, Huynh-Feldt (or calculating epsilon), or is it up to
me to write my own function?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions,

Multiple comparisons on Anova.mlm object
...n the independent variable in an Anova.mlm object generated by the Anova function of the car package. I have defined a multivariate linear model and subsequently performed a repeated measures ANOVA as per the instructions in section #3 of the following comprehensive tutorial on the subject from the Gribble lab at UWO:
http://gribblelab.org/2009/03/09/repeated-measures-anova-using-r
Unfortunately, since my data has missing values,I can't seem to use the classical univariate approaches of aov() or lme() (suggested in sections #1 and #2 of the tutorial linked to above).
The relevant portions of t...
