Package/command for creating a table of panel models ?
.../ ) just as *mtable()* does for models estimated with /*lm()*/? It seems *mtable* (and *apsrtable* equally) only support /*lm*/ and some other classes but unfortunately not /*plm*/. I am pretty sure others must have encountered this problem and I am hoping they found a way around it. If so: I am gratful for any advice/help or even just a hint. How to read several text files at once!
...file like C_sum. I already tried to write a short script to do all together but it did not work. I only was able to do for each C file separately. The main problem is that I do not know how to read several text files and how to use those files to make C files and afterwards C-sum files. I would be gratful if somebody can help me to write a short script to do all together. Thank you very much in advance for your cooperation, Monireh

merging to data.frames whose columns are different but follow a pattern.
...cannot use /merge() /. Doing the task "by hand" in a excel spread sheet or any equivalent is possible but would probably take ages. So my question is: Does anyone know a way, a command, a trick to merge two files whose columns are different but follow a pattern as described above? I am gratful for any kind of input. The performance seems ok when compared to FTP but our bookkeeping application has it's data as a database stored in a file on the server and the performance for that application is terrible.
