bug desc.

i am using the left side (the folders tree section) of the windows explorer
on WinNT4 SP6 station, and I move folders arround. most of the times after i
move a folder there is no change in the presentation, in order to see the
new folders tree i have to refresh the screen (F5).
i will be gratefull for any advice / replay.

editing import data, strings
...I tried with
a <- read.csv(file, sep =",", as.is = TRUE, row.names = 1, header = TRUE)
a <- gsub(",", "", a)
a <- as.numeric(a)
But it doesn't work.
I used search engine on forum, but didn't find any function that I could
help with.
I would be very gratefull if someone could help me.

...different number, however I get lost using the quotes:
I tried numerous versions of:

SSL problems

i have got a big problem with ssl cert for icecast2. I've got 3 files from provider. I've made one .pem file from this, but icecast can't read the certyficate.

Calling another method in the same controller
...piece of code which generates an array based on a few
inputs.
within a controller i want to use this code to generate three arrays,
all based on different input variables how do i do that?
can i call another method within a method? if so, how?

analysing data with case weights: rejoinder
Hello,
Based on replies (which I'm gratefull for) I guess the only solution
is to create a package, that will contain function to build
lm()-like linear models, and allow weighting cases (as I described
two days ago).
This would also alow buliding those models for data in aggregated
form without a need for using e.g. expand$grid().

silly, extracting the value of "C" from the results of somers2

and some other silly things. If I do

Need help with implementing prepaid in asterisk

1. What do I need to user to cut off the users in mid call
2. What do I need to insert into my dialplan to deny a user to call
if you need any config files I will send them, seeing as I dont know what
files to send.
If you can point me to a howto I will be more gratefull.

I think this debugging is very nice (I think it is nicer than actually
playing the game), but I'm far from understanding everything and so I

Fwd: samba problem

Initially before configuring the firewall and connecting to the internet,
samba was working properly. But after connecting to the intrenet and
activating the firewall samba couldn't work

Copying
...py over the files. This works OK for the '/shared/' driectories but
it won't work with the /home directories.
This is probably a permissions issue, but I just can't see a way of
getting round this other than logging in as each user and copying the
home directoris that way.
I'm gratefull for any help or comments ( and flaming, probably )

swat password lost
Hi all,
After a new installation (suse 10.3) I can't enter swat. Password root
doesn't work and I haven't the slightless idea about how I arrived at that
point and how can I set up a new password. I would be gratefull if someone
could help me to fix the problem.

Windows stations don't recognize each other
...user "A" in an A pc ask the access to a
shared resource in a B pc by a "B" user, it is not possible because it
recquires user and password and only takes that of the user previously
logged on B pc. No other user works with its password, not even the root
one.
I?ll be really gratefull if you can give me any help, because right now
I?ve got the server on production!

creating a package?
...to know how to create a function. I have developed a big code that use a file and makes many process and then creates a table that is exported as txt.
The point is to make something like a function. I need to make it easy for others, so they can run it. This has a particular name?
