...header/libs are not available I know I have readline and X11. I believe all my search paths are correct. (yum doesn't seem to have R. apt probably does, but I think you have to choose one or the other and I've been using yum.) Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! ...but this will soon become a big pain, as I'm trying to automate the graphing of a lot of data. Does anyone know how to get the graphics window to automatically open in the dimensions I need? I've looked in the etc/Rdevga, but it seems to only be for font settings.
