...ries * - This is rather strange, because when I edit a file with, say, gedit on Linux, I can modify it, but when I try to save it, it tells me "permission denied", but at the same time when I look at the net share directory, there is a separate/new file created by gedit called ".goutstream-XXXXX", which is a copy of what should have been saved. I only get an error message in the Linux client saying "permission denied". In the case of the Windows client, I do not get an error message at all when I try to delete a file/directory (the file/directory simply disappears...
