I've tried various versions of mapply/lapply, for loops, etc which get the answer for small sets but takes hours (per file) on my real data. Bioconductor seemed like the obvious place to look, but my GoogleFu must not be that great. I never found anything relevant. Any ideas or points to the right direction would be greatly appreciated. ...a limitation of the software, if this is so I'll go to option B, if you wondering why I've outlined it as such remember this is a class project (only 3 of us this semester) so if I can get it done how it was requested I'd prefer doing that way, but if not I'll go w/ Plan B. Hello there. I have a setup with Samba AD and a Named backend. Everything has been working fine, until a few days ago, I cannot start the DNS snap-in from windows. I get a dialog box saying "Access was denied. Would you like to add it anyway?" If I enable level 3 debugging in the samba.conf, I get the following: [2017/05/11 07:25:30.413481, 3]
