Rsync 3.0.4pre1 released
Rsync version 3.0.4pre1 is now available for release testing. This is
a bug-fix release with the only enhancement being the adding of a way
to interact with an overly-restrictive server that refuses rsync's
behind-the-scenes use of the -e option.
Please test this new release and send email to the rsync mailing list
with any questions, comments, or bug reports.

Template problem

I get the second (longer) error above.
If I simply delete 10 lines from this last template (ie. the 105 repeated
12345 lines become 95 lines), the error disappears and the template works.
Also, the "gobbledy gook" in the longer version of the error changes as
the number of lines in the template changes. That stuff appears to be
spilling over from other parts of my puppet configs.

Postscript Printing Problems.
I've searched both the archives and dejanews, to no avail. I'm trying
to get a hp 4mp (PostScript) print out sane output. I've got a old
machine running Red Hat Linux, hooked up to the 4MP. The printcap
prints up postscript just fine. I make the printer a share, tell it
that the printer is postscript, then go to the win98 box, choose the HP
4MP driver and try printing and get
