Update to Mounting Win 98 and 2k shares
Ok, typing:
mount -t smbfs -o username=username,password=password //Share/File /mnt
worked! It loaded the contents of the folder I wanted to acces into the mnt directory. This is goad, but I would like to store them all in one directory. I tired to do a ... /mnt/directoryname but it wouldn't work.
Also, how do I set things up so that Linux will automatically load this share on startup

VMware multi-nic performance tech note
VMware''s published a paper on ESX vs. Xen (Enterprise) multi-nic
performance:
http://www.vmware.com/pdf/Multi-NIC_Performance.pdf
Basically, it tests network performance from a Windows 2003 guest under
Xen and VMware, and compares the results.
Just curious if there''s any work in progress that would improve this? I''d
also love to see the test repeated with a Linux

IBM buying RedHat
...strong contributor to the
code now....if "Big Daddy" says to pull the plug....who's to refuse
them?...they OWN Red Hat now! And this was my concern, at least as its
own entity, RHEL had the luxury of whom to do business with and whom to
reject / turn down. Now? They will be "goaded"? into playing with
whomever the headmaster SAYS they're to play with! I dunno....maybe I'm
thinking about it too much but it just doesn't bode well when a company
gets bought out with nary a resistance. I guess only time will tell.

Problem with xen on Centos-4.4?
I am running a Xen installation on a Centos-4.4 based test box, my desktop
unit, and I am having intermittent problems installing certain pieces of
software. Some time back I posted to this list regarding my inability to
install Adobe Acrobat on this unit and was advised to essentially
repackage the software and try again. This is beyond my present means of
knowledge or time to acquire same and
