i have installed the game flawesly , applied the no-cd patch
glinfo return my card info ati 4770
glgears return over 16k
so i think everything shuold be just fine
the game detect directdraw HAL (the other ones are direct3d software rendering and nomad soul software rendering)
i set HAL with a 1024x768 res
but the game just go painfully slow.
Is this how its supposed to work, or is there some way...

In my previous system configuration with ubuntu 10.04 the program phase-6 ( a learning program for vocabulary) ran without problems under wine.

Today a did an upgrade to ubuntu 10.10 with wine 1.3.12.
?
Since the upgrade the program phase-6 can't open his window and nothing happens (only the registration of the license is working).
