Object item extraction
Hello I am able to extract partial regression coefficients from a fitted model object "model", i.e. model <- lm(var.sel.gkm, weights = count.gkm, data = DATA) summary(model) write.table(model$coef, file = "C:/coef_CO_gkm.txt", row.names = TRUE, col.names = TRUE) I was wondering if anyone could advise me how to extract other object items such as std. error, t-values and adjusted R2 in the same way. Many th...

Does btrfs adapt to size changes of underlying block device(s)?
Hello, I''ve got a quick question: Does btrfs adapt to size changes of the underlying block device(s)? My specific situation is as follows: I''ve got a luks-volume on which I want to put btrfs. If this luks-volume grows in the future (i.e. by ''cryptsetup resize''), will btrfs automatically (and reliably) "see" this and be able to use the additional

How btrfs resize should work ?
Hi, I am working on system storage manager (ssm) trying to implement btrfs resize correctly, however I have some troubles with it. # mkfs.btrfs /dev/sda /dev/sdb # mount /dev/sda /mnt/test # btrfs filesystem show failed to open /dev/sr0: No medium found Label: none uuid: 8dce5578-a2bc-416e-96fd-16a2f4f770b7 Total devices 2 FS bytes used 28.00KB devid 2 size 50.00GB used 2.01GB path

[PATCH 0/6] Move the infor for the help/man page in the source
The following series implement a way to generate the help messages and the btrfs man page from the sources comments for the "btrfs" commanda . The syntax and the detailed help of every subcommand are stored in the comments before the function which implements the subcommand. The fact that the help messages and the man page are generated from the same source should help to avoid

Resize command syntax wrong?
Currently the resize command is under filesystem, and takes a path to the mounted filesystem. This seems wrong to me. Shouldn''t it be under device, and take a path to a device to resize? Otherwise, how can a resize operation when you have multiple devices make any sense? -- To unsubscribe from this list: send the line "unsubscribe linux-btrfs" in the body of a message to

[PATCH 0/3] Btrfs-progs: restriper interface
Hello, This is the userspace part of restriper, rebased onto the new progs infrastructure. Restriper commands are located under ''balance'' prefix, which is now the top level command group. However to not confuse existing users ''balance'' prefix is also available under ''filesystem'': btrfs [filesystem] balance start btrfs [filesystem] balance
