Listener stats bug
...gt; would have long given up... ;) > > Anything I can help with, logs etc? Hey, What version of icecast are you using? I mentioned something similar around here: https://gitlab.xiph.org/xiph/icecast-server/-/issues/2491 (and I beat you, with 18446744073709551614 listeners, HA!) Regards, Gilou

Metadata update
This is exactly what I want. I have a continuous stream to a live mountpoint that needs to be metadata updates. Is this http request you mention any documentation to study? Memory leak on Icecast 2.3.2 / Debian ?
...(and I'm surprised nobody was impacted by this in a noticeable enough way so as to report it). As I'm now facing a required recompile/upgrade anyway, I'm wondering whether I should just patch this, or go for the trunk code.. How reliable is it? Cheers, and thanks a lot to you guys Gilou

Setting explicitly the source of slaves connections
...d a NULL source if sock_connect(h,p) is used, but it is not afaik (legacy code?). This needs improvement, because I didn't change the code for the function when HAVE_GETADDRINFO is not defined, as it would probably lead (me, you? ;)) to also take care of the HAVE_GETHOSTBYNAME thing. SSL Ports
I have ice cast up on my server, ssl is working as intended and I have both a standard feed and ssl port working. Only big issue I have is even though the SSL port is set for 443 it is also running on Port 80. Is there some reason port 80 is running alongside 80 and is there a way to run it without Port 80 being used?

Listener stats bug
Hiya Is this bug known about, in stats.json ? Currently showing for me: "listeners": 140462600, I'd love to think I had that many listeners, but I think the server would have long given up... ;) Anything I can help with, logs etc? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... Memory leak on Icecast 2.3.2 / Debian ?
...s to indicate a leak in libxml2, I'm gonna try to see if this is linked to the way the icecast or libxml package is compiled/patched in debian, but I'm not too familiar with this kind of problems, so if you have something to say about this issue, I'd love to hear about it! Regards, Gilou
