...h commands in voicemail.conf seem to have an effect. Even changing the emailbody does not change the outbound email, implying that another version of voicemail.conf is being referenced possibly. Does anyone have a guesstimate of how many active Asterisk installations there are? Sorry this is off topic, need it for a customer proposal and they need comfort on stability. A count of the downloads from Digium would be a good start but I couldn't find this anywhere with Google. Feedback from anyone who may know near actual data would be appreciated rather than simply guessing,

Rene, We are using the 5220 with Asterisk with no problems. The current firmware for the phone is 3.1.0.10, which you can download from http://sipdnld.mitel.com/ If you post your sip.conf file we can see if there's any errors.
