How to RSYNC from eth1 on PDC-SRV to eth1 on BDC-SRV?
I currently have my /home directory kept in sync between my primary and
backup domain controllers by using rsync --archive --checksum --update
--delete pdc-srv:/home/ bdc-srv:/home/. I noticed that when this
command is invoked, it tends to suck up the available bandwith to eth0
during the duration that the pdc is sending a large amount of data
packets to the bdc. So what I would like to do

Problem on XP with --delete option
Hi,
I'm experiencing a problem on rsync with the --delete option.
Situation:
Server = Mandrake Linux 9.2 running rsync daemon
Client = Windows XP workstation running cygwin + rsync2.5.1 combined with ssh.
All this implemented conform the website of Robert Scholten (http://optics.ph.unimelb.edu.au/help/rsync/)
Every thing seems to work fine exept for the --delete option.
The rsync says:

Long time needed for "Building file list" Any suggestions ?
We're running rsync 2.5.7 on a Windows2000 server, in combination with
cygwin/ssh. The server who receives the data is a Linux server.
The amount of data from the Windows server is about 100 Gb. Represented
by 532.000 files of different nature. Mostly doc, ppt and xls files.
It takes about 2 hours to create only the file list.
Is the amount of data/files to big, should I segmentate the

latest ISOLINUX on LG laptop
Hi Guys,
I'm having a problem with isolinux on one of LG's latest laptops, the LM50.
Basically the units boot to the CD, give the boot prompt as expected, but it appears to be followed by a large number of spaces (255?)
This happens on all LM50's that I have seen, even with the newest BIOS upgrade.
I thought it might be related to the boot background I had set up, but I removed this

Howdy to all,
We've been using isolinux quite successfully for quite some time now,

Upon booting on this systems, the image background appears corrupted,
and at the boot prompt, the following happens automatically.
Unknown keyword in config file.

"no space left on device" related to directory limit
Hello,
We have a 3-node cluster setup with ocfs2.
Since friday one of the nodes went down and would not become clustermember after a reboot because it was unable to write to the ocfs2 filesystem. Message: no space left on device.
There is plenty of diskspace though.
No problem whatsoever to create a file / directory on the filesystem using one of the other nodes.
Today one of the remaining
