firewalld
Got 7.3 installed Wednesday, things went so so. Been working on getting roundcubemail setup and firewalld is kicking my butt. I can't figure out all these zones. I opened imap, imaps, pop3, pop3s, smtp, smtps in zones internal, trusted and public. I still get connection refused. I telnet localhost 143, I get connection refused. What zone is used for the local network and what zone is used

is winbind/nmbd required for pure mac os x clients ?
Hi all, we have mac os x (10.10 mostly) clients that are binded to an open directory server (mainly an openldap with a password server). We want to share folder on samba through Kerberos. It does work but we have some strange behavior with secondary groups and with permissions in general. Before entering into detailed questions about "fine tunning", I'd like to be sure of the

Re: VGA passthrough
Hi, sure I can give you some info, but unfortunately as explained here (http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-users/2012-06/msg00392.html), dual vga is broken for me currently, too. But i guess this is only a matter of finding the currupted changeset. In general, I was never aware that this is even a problem. I used to simply hide both graphic cards from the dom0 at boot time via the

CVS, etc...
This is the first time I have gotten to the point of wanting to submit code to (what I would consider) a major project. Specifically, I have made a small change to oggenc/audio.c. I will explain the change if necessary, but that us not the purpose of this post. Primarily, I want to know how to submit changes? Mail it to someone? Via CVS commit? If CVS, how do I get access? Also, I

Rails magic for MySQL -> XML file -> MySQL and back again ??
Greetings! My little app collects data from the user, persists it in about a dozen tables during the session, writes out / saves an XML file that''s downloaded to the user''s PC when they''re done, then clears the db of all data entered, and deletes the XML file from the server. Now I need to allow the user to upload the same XML file they created earlier and put it back

...ion. Since when? Winamp was always donation ware, and I bleieve now it's just free to use. Where's a pay for version of winamp? > To sell that > version, I'm sure they have to pay this new fee. The fee is outrageous, even for large companies, for encoders. For decoders, genereally you can do it for free, or for very little, depending on your negotiating skills, mostly because the decoder patents are very weak. > However, if you buy it > and use it in a free environment, then you yourself don't have to > pay. Should I choose DSL @ 1.5 or a full T1?
I'm looking to expand my bandwidth for my Asterisk PBX. Why should I choose a T1 over DSL for my asterisk server? I found someone offering T1's for $290 a month + Loops or 3 Meg for $561 a month + Loops. Is this a good deal? Thanks Bart -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
