Dear all, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to solve a problem I've encountered. I have a set of S-plus scripts which call an external program to analyse the data (the external program is called Genehunter and is used for genetic analysis). There are a six scripts in total, five of which are called from the main script. I made a few changes like changing unix > system, but I've encountered an error problem I'm not sure how to resolve.
