Backing up configurations and *@home list?
I cannot answer q1 and am interested in this myself. Question 2 has a partial answer in that the AAH has a backup feature located in the management portion of AMP. The backup link is at the bottom. The restore feature is located at the linux command line on a AAH machine. help-aah will show the command. It is restore-aah. Have not used it yet so I cannot attest to its efficacy... W

Phone keypad input not working during "menu's"
Wilson, I figured it out. The wiki says that you should use "inband" DTMFmode for Polycom phones and this was what I was using when I used a previous AAH version and a previous phone firmware and things were good. However, in banging on all the options I tried switching this to rfc2833 and the menu's started working. I'll add a comment to that wiki page. Thanks again for
