How to sort execution of multiple ajax-calls
Hi,
currently I execute 2-3 AJAX-Calls (located at the end of html-body) on
loading the page. I run into problems now because they are executed
parallel of course :)
How can I garuantee that the Calls are executed when the page has loaded
completely ?
And, more interesing, how can I make one AJAX-Call start when the
previous has completely finished ?
I''ve read about Effect.Queues - is that the keyword ??
Thanks for your help

even in your ethernet wired home network, they won't be totally sync'd

256Kbs is pretty fast and I haven't tried doing it with this speed, so
the clients may stay "together" for longer, but there is no garuantee
they will stay in sync for any amount of time.
Of course, none of this matters if the rooms are far enough apart and
you aren't worried about hearing sound carrying over from one set of
speakers into another area that is playing the same stream. The echo
delay can get really annoying and unbe...

A few patches for ng
The first patch (for drm) fixes a very annoying bug for nv50 gart. The
2nd is just a few cleanups in libnouveau_drm.
I also pushed a few changes to the ng ddx, and I'm at the moment
thinking on how to deal with the issue of nv50.
We are no longer garuanteed that pixmaps are really migrated upon
mapping, so that is the first thing to do. Probably a good idea to
begin with making the bo copy stuff in kernel functional with tiled
memory. Then the simple start would be to copy the bo upon map and and
copy back upon unmap, the downside of this is a syncin...

nouveau interrupts firewire ISO streaming
Hi!
After switching from UMS (dated 20090701+c0bf670) to KMS (as of
2010-02-01), almost any X activity causes buffer underruns on my
firewire soundcard.
When the X pointer changes from arrow to the vertical text selection
bar, firewire streaming is interrupted. Same with scrolling in firefox
or hovering over a link, thus changing the pointer to "hand".
Looks like nouveau is disabling
