{ * DOWNLOAD *
I need a download class for each user (we''ll call it Class 1) that offers a minimum of lets say 384Kbps and a maximum of 1.5Mbps.

group mean, minus each row's value
...ant to calculate the group average, but WITHOUT each row's
value of x. Is there an easy way to do this? I'm sure I'm missing
something obvious here, but for the life of me I can't figure it out.
Thanks!

how to assign a group mean to individual cases?
...value of x before
calculating the group mean assigned to that row.
I've already tried the aggregate command. That gives me the group
means, but does not allow me to assign them to each row in the data
set.
THANKS!

TC Output Redirection
Ok, this is a rather large annoyance... How do you redirect the error output for TC? It does not seem to use any of the standard file descriptors (like STDOUT or STDERR) for error output. I have tried:
tc <blah> 2>&1 1>/dev/null
tc <blah> 3>&1 2>&1 1>/dev/null
etc
No matter what I do, I cannot seem to redirect the output. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is this possible in the current dataframe format? Or do I have to
define new varialbes, say Time i and Time j,
and then compute the cov/corr between Time i and Time j for all

SSH - Winbind and Keybased Auth
Hi Team,
We have a weird issue that we are trying to understand. We have winbind set up and working successfully for user authentication with passwords via ssh. We have pam.d/system-auth-ac and password-auth-ac (symlinked) set to require membership of a group which works great via password authentication.
However, if the user has a ssh key set up, they seem to bypass the group membership

iptables CLASSIFY and MARK not working?
I have to match my packets based on MAC address, which I cannot do in
the POSTROUTING chain, so I do it in PREROUTING using MARK. Then, I
match on the MARK in the POSTROUTING chain to do a CLASSIFY. But this
does not seem to work:
wireless-r1 bwlimit # iptables -L -v -n -t mangle
Chain PREROUTING (policy ACCEPT 3353K packets, 941M bytes)

I am new to the Linux Advance Routing Project and to Policy Based

I also have Matt Marsh''s book on ''Policy Based Routing using Linux''
which covers traffic

Sorry to ask after only a day, but we are anxious to start testing AMI builds in our pipeline starting from the official image.
Thanks,
