resolve errors with Samba 4 dns

rsync exclude/include
I want to rsync only a small part of a directory tree. I've set up an
exclude and an include file:
exclude holds:
/*
include holds:
/iso/1.5.*/i386
I am calling rsync using
rsync -avz --include-from="include" --exclude-from="exclude"
ftp3.sourceforge.net::/netbsd/iso iso/
but nothing happens. No files transfered. But I would expect rsync to
transfer files:
/iso/1.5.1/i386cd.iso
/iso/1.5.1/i386pkg1.iso
/iso/1.5.1/i386pkg2.iso
/iso/1.5.1/i386pkg3.iso
/iso/1.5.2/i386cd.iso
/iso/1.5.1/i386pkg1.iso

error 12, caused by the cliebt side - how?
Hi,
I am seeing an rsync client reporting:
rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (9233023 bytes read so far)
rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(342)
while the rsync server is saying:

Hello,
We've found some undesirable behavior with respect to LoginGraceTime. A
minor code change in session.c seems to clear it up, but now I'm asking
for help in better understanding the problem and determining if there
any unexpected side effects of the change.
First, the code change:

problem to mount network shares from windows machine
...the number 16025 changes btw, and if u think i have a
typo in my mount command because it says invalid share
name, that is not the problem, i have checked that
many times, and mounting shares from machine#1 is no
problem, that works fine. Another strange thing is
when i use:
smbmount //machinename/ftp3 test -o
username=xxxx,password=xxx
it seems like there is no problem because it does not
return an error but then when i change to the /test/
directory and want to c what is in it by using 'ls' i
get this:
/bin/ls: .: Stale NFS file handle
smbclient -L machine3 -U user gives this:

Really something wrong with these matching routines! Assuming sh or some
other shell the given paterns should only match some files...

TINC and OpenVPN tunnel performance on a Windows client

The maximum latency of TINC-TCP doesn't get as big as the latency of
OpenVPN-TCP, but that might have something to do with the large packet
loss TINC-TCP is having.

- OpenVPN-TCP: 52,2/52,3/52,3/156,9
- OpenVPN-UDP: 57,5/56,8/68,9/183,1

correctlly are mounted fine . any idea why I don t see the users in getent?

well, I have configured the kdc client on the file server, joined the
domain using net ads join and it worked fine, again getnet group , getnet
passwd , wbinfo -u they all works perfectlly fine
I am also able to browse the shares from any windows machine joined to the
CCDC domain, but I am still not able to do ANY mount.cifs, not even form
linux boxes joined to the domain :-/
I have no idea
