"net rpc rights" commands. Connection always fails

Originally I was using sssd/ldap/Kerberos and not winbind, but still had the same error, the machine has been wiped and reinstalled several times
I have used a far more basic smb.conf without winbind and vfs/acl, but this is my current one.

...u see the stepAIC-forward solution (fs7). The strange thing here
is that apparently not all interactions are tried for inclusion, but only
WQ:Lage. In particular, I think that WFL:Lage should be tried
in the last two steps, where WFL and Lage are already in the fit.
After fs7, I give the output of fs6 (backward), where all interactions are
tried as I have expected. (regsubsets works properly forward and
backward.)
Do I misunderstand something or is something strange going on in the
forward fit?
(I don't want to discuss here if the forward fit is a good thing to do
from a data analytic view...

Rebuild of kernel 2.6.9-67.0.20.EL failure
Hello list.
I'm trying to rebuild the 2.6.9.67.0.20.EL kernel, but it fails even without
modifications.
How did I try it?
Created a (non-root) build environment (not a mock )
Installed the kernel.scr.rpm and did a
rpmbuild -ba --target=`uname -m` kernel-2.6.spec 2> prep-err.log | tee
prep-out.log
The build failed at the end:
