OK,
But lets get back to the original question.
Does ZFS provide you with less features than UFS does on one LUN from a
SAN (i.e is it less stable).

Fax relaying with T.38
...t fax doesn't seem to work. Asterisk complains
like this:
Sep 9 09:25:45 WARNING[467828746]: RTP Read too short
Sep 9 09:25:45 WARNING[467828746]: Asked to transmit frame type 256, while native formats is 32 (read/write = 256/256)
With lots of the last variety.
Does Asterisk support T.38 (froma Google search it seems not),
is anyone working on this?

Explain AGI and AMI
Hi,
Can anyone explain the difference between Asterisk Gateway Interface and
Asterisk Management Interface ?
Is it correct to consider AGI scope to focus on call handling and AMI scope
to anything which can be done with Asterisk froma loading new modules to
originating calls ?
Regards

Moving from compiled to packages
I understand about using the newer binaries, but what I really want to
"save" is the active directory. Sorry I should have been clear. I do not
want to have to rejoin/recreate everything. Thanks.

userdata are *not* part of "make install", independent if the
application comes froma package or is self contained, they are typically
below /var/lib for any software

Re: Weird Notepad++ toolbar bug
...here (http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=802725). This is the last version that is existing for public 4.9.2 even if the phpBB ModDB versioning didn't allowed me to release it this way, and is working fine with latest version of Wine.
But, I figured that the problem comes froma security update for Visual Studio 9 (2008) wich aftect Visual Studio 8 (2005) if you have all this versions. So, next version for phpBB will be compliled with VS8, but I will make sure that the toolbar is working fine in Wine.
Plese download the version for phpBB and if still does not work for you...

Race Condition cont'd
...shares as the last
tunings we did before this began to happen. I got the info from the Speed.txt
document in hopes of increasing performance on our read only shares.
After turning this feature off, it appears the problem has gone away.
It should be noted that we were writing to one of the shares froma client with
level2 oplocks turned on. It was necessary to copy a section of the drive to
somewhere else. Could this have upset some delicate balance?
Thanks!
