Ogg Frog 1.0 feature set, release date set

Indexing and partially replacing 99, 999 in data frames
...ed.
I tried something with
babies[is.element(babies[,c(10,12,17)], 99)] <- NA # beeep, wrong or
babies[babies[,c(10,12,17)]==99] # no way, indeed.
detach(babies)
There must be a more intelligent and elegant solution.
Also, what is the nr. of rows after I remove all NA entries? Easy example:
frog <- matrix(1:42, ncol=3)
frog[sample(42, 7)] <- NA
length(frog[!is.na(frog)])
# ok, but I want to know the nr of rows without NAs
dim(frog[!is.na(frog),]) #no
nrow(!is.na(frog)) # no
Thank you for your help and
Cheers

Ogg Frog Progress
Hi,
A while back I posted an announcement of my grand plans for Ogg Frog, a
GPL audio package. Twice now I've announced planned ship dates on the
website, only to miss them because of such life events as career changes
and moving cross-country.
I've started working on it again after a hiatus of several months, but
this time won't pre-announce any more...

second assert_tag failling in rails integration test
Hi all,
I''m fairly new to rails and ruby, but I''ve come across an interesting
glitch and I''m not sure whether I''ve just got something wrong with my
assumptions or if it really is an error in the underlying framework...
I''ve created a bare-bones set of tests to show you where the problem is.
What follows are the steps I went through to reproduce the

Thunderbird shows the "virtual" mailbox as selectable and not grayed out
as with 2.0.15. Clicking on that mailbox gives an error message "Mailbox
doesn't exist: virtual".
Thanks,

Hello Timo,
latest 2.0 hg version (changeset a6b050cc4a9a) segfaults when selecting
a virtual mailbox. Backtrace and dovecot -n are attached.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else to debug this.

indexing tuples (example: "frog" => 123) as opposed to words
Hi,
I need to map words in a document back to there original word id''s in my
database. For example, if I had the sentence "I eat food" and I was
searching for "food" I would obviously get the document back as a
result. For my particular problem I need to not only get the document id
but also the id of the match.
Suppose my original sentence was actually

...ody else is doing it, I can translate the FAQ into Sphinx as I'd like
to begin gradually extending it so that it some day becomes more than just
bare metal. I figure that extending the FAQ is one way to reduce the
"noise" on the various mailing lists.
Cheers,
Mikael

F values from a Repeated Measures aov
Hi Folks,
I have repeated measures for data on association time (under 2
acoustic condtions) in male and female frogs as they grow to adulthood
(6 timepoints). Thus, two within-subject variables (Acoustic
Condition: 2 levels, Timepoint: 6 levels) and one between-subject
variable (Sex:male or female).
I am pretty sure my distributions depart from normality but I would
first like to simply run a RM anova on the da...
