[LLVMdev] LLI Segfaulting
Hi Gavin,
Do you mean something along the lines of having my array struct as { i32,
i32* } and then indexing it with a gep and allocating the appropriate memory
when I learn of it?
Thanks,
Fraser

Will Xen support PCI add-on card for serial ports?
hi,
It looks that Xen currently only support ISA serial port, which is onboard.
Is there any plan to support the PCI serial port?
Thanks,
Neo

But I don't understand how I'd associate this allocation with the existing
integer 'array' pointer. Also, what would happen when the function returns,
wouldn't the new array allocation portion go out of scope, as it's allocated
on the function's stack frame?
Thanks,
Fraser

Option iommu=1 causes hypervisor to start debugger
Hi,
In changeset 19130:c8962b24fb50, when using iommu=1, it goes into the
hypervisor debugger. Why is this so? Thanks.

VT-d on Xen is supporting 64bit BARs?
hi,
I just tried the tip of the xen-unstable branch. It looks that the Xen
supports 64bit BARs now?
Thanks,
Neo

Hi Fraser,
Is there anything preventing you from using a pointer for the second part of the structure and allocating memory for it later?
Thanks,
Gavin

[PATCH v2] xen: fix initialization of wallclock time for PVHVM on migration
...ock_time on hvm_latch_shinfo_size even if
the bitness of the guest has already been set, this fixes the problem
with the wallclock not being set for PVHVM guests on resume from
migration.

Since this is a bug fix, I think it is suitable for inclusion in the
4.3 release, and backported to older releases.

Stepping through hypercalls (at the source level, not using the trace trap)
causes my dom0 to lockup. Might xen be receiving the int3 and not realize
whom to forward to?

[PATCH] pciback: restore PCI BARs on D3->D0 transition
Ever since xen-unstable cset 14308 ("pci back: Fix registration of of
filters on subsections of config space") I''ve been getting an MCA on the
*2nd* boot of a driver domain using an e1000 NIC. Cset 14308 allowed
the proper setup of the PM control registers, so the NIC is put in the
D3 power state when the driver domain shuts down. Unfortunately,

sse, mmx support for hvm guests
Hi,
I''ve a quad-core x86_64 machine (Intel Xeon), with sse/mmx support.
However, I want to disable sse/mmx support from HVM guests. How can I
do this? Also, is it reasonable to expect illegal instruction fault in
non-root VMX mode if a guest VM runs an application with sse/mmx
instructions?
Thanks,
Ashish
