So i remember from setting other samba server that guest access did not work until I joined that samba server to windows 2012. It copied policy and guest user allowed guest surfing. so can I add user guest without password ?

So I am trying to allow dumb devices to join my enterprise wifi. I am running radius server samba 4.2 So I want to add users with mac user name and password ? Is there a way to create separate group policy password requirements for mac addresses. When I add mac address as password I get error message that password does not meet requirements.
