Having serious problems with AGI
Hi All,
I've been working with AGI for the past week or so building a fairly
complex IVR system with database functionality. Most of the work up to
this point has been with basically one-way scripts that look up some
info in the database and say the data back to the user with the "EXEC
Playback my-file" AGI command.

Performance of madvise / msync
Hi,
I'm using py-rrdtool 0.2.1 with rrdtool 1.3.0 under 7.0-STABLE, and
there's a couple of things about this new version of rrdtool that
hurt performance under FreeBSD, but apparently help on whatever they
tested on.
For every update, the database file is opened, mapped into memory,
madvise() is called, contents are modified, msync() is called, and
the file is unmapped and closed:

iptables for Asterisk - Any good guides out there?
Hi everyone,
I want to issue the command:
iptables -F
and then rebuild everything from the beginning with a very limited scope and
then without locking myself block all other traffic. Can you suggest what I
should put in the shell that would get me this:
Allow traffic from subnet 172.16.0.0/24 (my VPN tunnels) - All traffic
including those of Asterisk and HTTP - I trust this network

Permission Issue

seems to improve the situation.
But I still have a strange problem:
Sometimes a user don't have permissions to? a restricted folder when h
connects to a share or logs in at a windows client. In some times all
permissions are granted. If the user creates a file, the user and group
