PPC/Kubuntu documentation
I installed swfdec and the Firefox plugin on a PPC machine today and
documented the steps. I realise that since it is currently targetted at
developers you might not want install steps on your website of course, but in
case it is useful you can find it here. (Permission granted for the swfdec
project to use however they like etc etc.)

Seamonkey and flash-plugin
Hello!
I like using Seamonkey; I have v1.1.13 on Centos. It works with
flash-plugin-10.0.12.36-release.i386.rpm.
On my home computer, I have Fedora Core 9; Seamonkey + flash-plugin used
to work with the same version combination above.
Unfortunately, I updated Seamonkey to v1.1.15, and every time I go to a
site (ex. http://www.wtopnews.com/ ) that's a flash user, Seamonkey
crashes.

Autoplay option
Hello!
I don't like the recent change to the plugin that makes some flash files
to play automatically. I know that GUI design is not my thing, but let
me explain what I don't like:

Opus now supported at Magnatune
> If you pass --genre multiple times, it will actually encode multiple GENRE tags in the file. Not sure how many players will properly handle such a thing, though (my prediction: not many, though I think VLC will concatenate them into a comma-separated list).
My mistake, I didn't read the man page carefully enough, which does state this:

Sound support for script.aculo.us
Hi all,
I''ve added a new library called sound.js to script.aculo.us, which
allows for playing (mp3-based) sound effects. It works without using
Flash, by using IE''s internal sound playback mechanism (BGSOUND) and
falling back on using whatever plugin is used for audio/mpeg on other
browsers (in real world terms, this means QuickTime or a QuickTime-
compatible plugin).
