[SOLVED] Howto auth against an NT domain I don't control?
After many more hours of searching, I found someone else in the exact same
situation as me. But even better, he figured it out and posted a patch!

(man mkfs.btrfs with btrfs-tools 0.19+20101101-1 debian package).
Which one applies? Or do both mention the same? My notion of a secto...

[Bug 1434] New: Traffic accounting per session
...I help run a box with many users and it would
help enormously to know who uses how much precious bandwidth (costs
lots in Australia). I found this reference using Google, which is what
I'm after, but I'm am not willing to use the patch unless it's in the
official distribution:

Sending signals to current R process from R running under MS Windows (c.f. Esc)
I am using RGtk2 for a simple GUI (rattle).
I start rattle from the RGui and I remain able to interact with the
RGui while rattle runs.
Under MS/Windows, when rattle has initiated some other underlying R
command the rattle GUI remains responsive (unlike under GNU/Linux
where it is not responsive until the underlying command completes).
I can interrupt the running command with a press of the Esc

Putty X11 problem
I use WinSCP to connect to remote server with wine. I use Putty as a terminal, but it seems, I cannot use X11 tunneling to run graphical applicatoins from this remote server, although X11 is enabled in Putty. Is there a solution for that?

Portforwarding using the control master.
Hi all,
currently I am considering writing a patch for OpenSSH that will allow
portforwarding using the control_master unix domain socket. The idea is
to introduce an extra SSHMUX command, SSHMUX_COMMAND_SOCKS, which will
then pass control to the normal socks functions used for dynamic
forwarding.
The main reason for me to write this patch are:
- some more control over who gets to connect to

General CentOS 5.1 (or Gnome) instability?
I've been a big fan of CentOS for a while, and didn't have many
issues with CentOS 4.X over the past few years. However, since
moving to CentOS 5.1 a few weeks ago, I have received more problem
reports from my users than in the last year and a half on CentOS
4.X. I've previously reported the problem with gnome-terminal
crashing (and since there is a single gnome-terminal

sharing a ssd between rpool and l2arc
Hi,
as Richard Elling wrote earlier:
"For more background, low-cost SSDs intended for the boot market are
perfect candidates. Take a X-25V @ 40GB and use 15-20 GB for root
and the rest for an L2ARC. For small form factor machines or machines
with max capacity of 8GB of RAM (a typical home system) this can make a
pleasant improvement over a HDD-only implementation."
