The 'shim' paradigm does not use fishbone. The Ogg spec currently
needs information necessary to interpret granulepos and granpos
indexing in the initial header...

This is roughly what was suggested the last time around.
A possible refinement is to provide a mapping from identifiers
to IDs so you could say "?oggid=myvideo". The mapping could
maybe be handled by a fishbone packet.

Fwd: Skeleton 4.0 draft, help with Dirac fields please!

field and things will be fine as far as Dirac goes.
The question then becomes how well the Dirac mapping would work for
other reordering codecs, and whether we want to add two (or three!)
additional granulepos interpretation fields to the fishbone spec in
case other codecs want to make different resolution tradeoffs.
