Realtime Problem = Segmentation faults
Hi:
I had asterisk with RealTime database working perfectly in a RH 9.0
machine. I used the sip cache so I even had MWI working. The problem
is that I decided to move to Fedora Core 3. I installed the lastets cvs
version of asterisk and the RealTime addon from asterisk-addons. I at
first had the problems with the kernel and the zaptel driver but all
that was solved with the

requirecalltoken and Realtime
Hi,
I've just had to enable the requirecalltoken=no option in iax.conf for
one of my IAX2 trunks, and I don't think it works properly in the
realtime version. I've created the requirecalltoken field in my
(Postgres via ODBC) database, type text, and have variously tried it
with 'yes', 'no' and 'auto' in the field. But the setting never seems
to be used and

Asterisk 1.4.42 NOTIFY replies ignore NAT setting
...nt back to that port, which is incorrect.
(Sonicwalls and other routers love to do this, even with "Symmetric NAT" on).
The reason for this is that the NOTIFY reply does not attempt to
lookup the SIP peer and check
its NAT flags.
I've seen some nasty From: header string parsing code + find_peer()
that does this, but I was wondering
if there's an easier way.
Thanks.
