DirecTV2PC gives errors on install & attempt to open
...done via bootcamp, but I don't want to run it that way.
It sounds like it MIGHT work with Wine, but I can't figure it out. This woud be an awesome app for a lot of mac users.
When I installed it the first time I got an error, I didn't write it down, but it was something like a "FiltInstaller" error if I remember correctly. It still LOOKED like it installed, so I tried running it, but got an error that reads like this:
"The program DIRECTV2PC(TM).exe has encountered a serious problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. This can be caused by a problem in th...
