Missing Text in Wine 1.1.12
...like me can think of. From all my searching, I have realised that a lot of people have the same problem but none of them seem to have a solution.
Please let me know & I'll post any other detail you might need promptly.
Note : I've also had the same problem with the latest Opera & Filelight.
Thank You

[PATCH] appliance: exclude /usr/share/fonts and /usr/share/icons.
I also sorted the list.
Between libguestfs 1.28 and 1.30, the appliance grew from 95MB to 213MB.
Using guestmount and filelight (see link below) I could see that the
main contributor was these two directories, which should not be
necessary.
With this change, the size goes down to 119MB.

monitoring space in directories
Hey folks,
Is there a Linux tool that will monitor a disk and tell me which
directories are growing over time?
I could cobble something together myself of course, but if there is already
a good off-the-shelf solution, why bother?
Even if it only checks once per day that would be fine. Graphs would be
pretty too :-)
cheers,
-Alan

X session lockup (CentOS 4.7)
...lling it to
save my open tab state. When I turned the system back on and started
FF3 again, it installed new versions of three plugins (I believe
NoScript and Elasticfox but I don't recall the third) and then
restored the session as expected.
Not related to FF, but I also started up the "filelight" filesystem
visualization app, which I don't normally have running, and it was
still up on a different desktop while all the following was happening.
This morning I opened a new FF3 window to browse CNN. I opened tabs
on five or six stories from the front page and then went to read

What is writing to my filesystem
I have a CentOS 5.2 box that every few months runs out of drivespace on
its root filesystem. Last time I manually searched and deleted some big
files, but don't remember what they were or what wrote to them. The
applications I'm aware of on the box don't write to /.
Is there a way to find the files that get written to the most, or grow
the most over time? Doing a df gives me a
