Newbie file download question

right now the files reside in a directory i created called work, but i get
the same error when i put the files into the public directory
does anybody have any suggestions?

file_field_tag and rjs
Hello
Is it possible to add and remove file_field_tags on the fly on a form
using only rails code and rjs?
If so can someone provide a solution.
