Hi, I hope you can help, I am in need of some assistance with the DirectShow filters for Theora. I have successfully created a working capture graph using OGG / Vorbis / Theora, however, when I add a Sample Grabber Directshow filter between the FFDShow decoder and Theora Encoder, this results in the video file being mirrored vertically. I have noticed that the original CaptureGraph was using YUV12, but the SampleGrabber is configured to use RGB24. Is it likely that this is the cause of the problem? Helo. I intend to use OGG audio in DivX movies because its excellent size/quality ratio. I was searching round many forums concering DivX conversion but didn't find satisfatory answer. So I send my question to you directly: 1,I am able to play movie with OGG audio on my PC but not on another one though I have installed last OGG Direct show filters.

...them are flooding out there. You could google for some. As for me, iSkysoft iMedia Converter for Mac (http://www.iskysoft.com/imedia-converter-mac.html) is my favorite. In Windows, you usually have no need to buy anything, free media converters are already enough. What I recommend is FFMpeg (http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/ffmpeg/). It's free and powerful command line tool. Have heard that Youtube also use this tool? Maybe, but it really deserves a try.
