enable features
i do have asterisk 1.8 (no gui, no distro based) and i would like to enable some features:-call forward (conditional, unconditional,...)-DND-call waiting-attended transfer-follow me all the features i would like to enable/disable them through digit codes such #45# and *45.all these fetures should apply to asterisk only and not use the features from the service provider. i have edited the /etc/asterisk/features.conf file and uncommented the option for attended transfer (*2). the thing is that it did not work. is there something else that i have to write to sip/extensions.conf?...

[LLVMdev] About python requirement, can down to 2.6 for rhel 6?
...there is not much value is requiring >>> just 2.6, we may as well just require 2.7. I'm using rhel 6 so the default python version is still 2.6, down the requirement to 2.6 will help rhel 6 a little bit. Here is python 2.7 features https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/2.7.html Is these fetures must be use? Ofcource I can build python 2.7 myself or use rhel software collections, but it will make the software I built on llvm require python 2.7 too. If python 2.6 is ok I hope llvm require this version for the years until switch to python 3. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML...

Is there a thread safe ActiveRecord replacement?
I''m using merb as an application server backend for a client application, the goal is to be able to handle thousands of parallell sessions (not parallell requests). It will use sendfile to send files. The controller uses an singleton that saves sessions in a hash that is memory resident cross requests, but isn''t persistent otherwise. I''m using ActiveRecord since there

It's because we explictly disable it in RHEL 7 because we don't want to support it for Red Hat's customers. You can see the patches that we add on top of upstream libguestfs here: https://github.com/libguestfs/libguestfs/commits/rhel-7.7 The patch in question is: https://github.co...

Drupal vs. Ruby on Rails
Hello all, Maybe the $subj is a little bit weird (i.e. apples vs oranges) but it is a situation i am facing at the moment: We are developing a small web site which will be mostly a CMS (more or less) and my colleagues is arguing for drupal, and i am for RoR. Maybe i can formulate the question in a different way: when to use a CMS (not necessarily drupal but e.g. Radiant CMS) and when to use Ruby
