Should shadow_lock be spin_lock_recursive?
During our testing, we found this code path where xen attempts to grab
the shadow_lock, while holding it - leading to a deadlock.

page table question!
I want to know any difference between writing, reading and shadow page
table (for example performance).

We (Michael Fetterman, George Dunlap and I) have been working over the
last while on a full replacement for Xen''s shadow pagetable support.

This patchset implements ia64/xen domU support based on ia64/pv_ops
frame work which was sent as another patchest.
This patchset is for linux ia64 test branch and depends on some patches
for xen common part I'll send separately.

[PATCH 00 of 17] Documentation updates
The following series flushes my documentation queue and replaces
previous postings of those patches.
The main difference is that the xl cfg file is now formatted using POD
instead of markdown and presented as a manpage.
I have setup a cron job to build docs/html and publish it at
http://xenbits.xen.org/docs/unstable/ (it''s a bit bare right now).
