No network using qemu-kvm-ev-2.3.0-31.el7.16.1
Hi all,
To do some tests, I have installed a new CentOS7 host (fully patched) using qemu-kvm-ev-2.3.0-31.el7.16.1 instead of qemu-kvm's default package. And I have problems with network inside my guests.
All guests can ping to CentOS host but nothing more: can't resolv dns names, can access via tcp to other hosts, etc ... Using same config on other CentOS7 host, but using default

Network isolation for KVM guests
Hi all,
What options exists under CentOS hosts to work with isolated networks?. For example, on BSD systems it is really trivial. In FreeBSD you can use setfib tools and on OpenBSD it is possible to use rdomain options. In 30 secs it is possible to work with isolated networks and assign process, ip address and routes (hidden from the main route table and ip addresses), etc.

kernel-4.9.37-29.el7 (and el6)

If we don't hear any negative comments by Wednesday July 19th, 2017 then
we are going to push those to updates as they solve iscsi issues with
some hardware and don't seem to impact anything else based on limited
testing.

New 4.9.11-22 kernels and linux-firmware packages to test in xen-testing for CentOS-6 and CentOS-7
Hi
So far, I did some preliminary testing using nested virt:
host(L0): Fedora 25, kernel-4.9.11-200, kvm+qemu
Guest(L1): CentOS 7 Xen-4.6.3-7, kernel-4.9.11-22
So far, at least the L1 setup had no issues. I'll need to pull L1
guest-storage from backup to test some L2 guests.
Likewise, I try to allocate two blades at work for tests on real metal.
Our standard-tests include starting
