HOWTO install webgen 0.5.6 on Debian GNU/Linux etch

Hi, If you are not already tired of so many io controller implementations, here is another one. This is a very eary very crude implementation to get early feedback to see if this approach makes any sense or not. ...was informed that this SSL definition was from SSLeay and that OpenSSL changed the function definition in early 0.9 version (0.9.1, I think). So, any insight?
